• Click on the 3 points at the bottom right of your screen to access the menu
• click on "Cards"
• choose the concerned card
• click on the red button "Block my card"

Select 'Block your cards' in the right hand menu:

• Select the card you want to block
• tell us your reason
• select 'Continue' to check your cancellation request
• then amend, confirm or delete it

Blocking a card is free.
