• Fill in our online form :

- From Secured messaging , select the subject 'My transactions'

- From the main Menu Select HSBC Services > Forms

• If a completed check is lost, attach the beneficiary's withdrawal letter

You cannot report a lost cheque or checkbook via the HSBC Mobile App
